Refunds

We have a no-return policy. Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after purchase, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted after that time.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations on gift cards.
